Q: Do I need to make an appointment or do you take walk-ins?

A: Appointments are advised but walk-ins are always welcome during office hours. Restrictions may apply on certain days.

Q: What information should I bring to my appointment?

A: 1) A valid California Drivers License, or valid California Identification Card or a government issue picture ID (Military ID, etc.) with proof of California residency, (eg. a major utility bill in your name or a copy of your current lease).

2)Medical records pertaining to the condition you are discussing with the practitioner should be brought in at the time of your appointment if possible. If your records are not available to you at the time of your appointment our offices can request them if you provide information on where those records can be obtained. In addition, please bring the name, address, and phone number of your primary care physician or licensed practitioner. Your records can then be mailed, faxed or emailed to our offices after your appointment and it will be added to your SMF (Secure Medical File).

 Q: How long should I expect my visit to the clinic to take?

A: Like any medical visit new patients will be required to fill out a series of forms before their consultation with the practitioner. The average visit takes about an hour.

Q: Do you validate parking?

A: Yes, our San Francisco office validates parking at the RT Parking Garage located at 80 Hemlock Alley one block from the clinic. Our Redding location has free parking on site.

Q: Do you issue Grower Permits/Licenses/Excemptions?
